Membership Levels
AFFILIATE AND STUDENT MEMBER
Requirements
- An individual who has an active interest in futures thinking.
- A student who has a strong interest in futures thinking and/or currently working part-time or full-time on futures-related competency or project.
- Completed the PhilFutures Organizational Orientation (after approval of membership)
- Introduction to Futures Thinking Seminar (after approval of membership)
- Open to all. No knowledge or experience required.

Student Annual Membership Fee: PhP 1,500.00
Affiliate Annual Membership Fee: P3,500.00
ASSOCIATE MEMBER (Provisional full membership)
Requirements
- People who are new to the futures field but can demonstrate foundational knowledge and provide evidence that they are doing futures work in any related PhilFutures professional practice or competency.
- Holder of any of the following: PhilFutures Futures Thinking Certification, Futures Thinking Certification from reputable futures thinking institutes and schools, Diploma on Futures Studies, or Masters on Futures Studies
- At least 3 years of experience required in one or two of any of the PhilFutures professional practice and competency. Or, at least 1 1/2 years of experience across all PhilFutures professional practice and competency.

Annual Membership Fee: PhP 5,000.00
FULL MEMBER
Requirements:
- People who can demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and experience of futures thinking scholarship and practice. Demonstrates impact through evidence of guiding and advising fellow FT practitioners and futures thinking institutions.
- Holder of a Futures Thinking certification and/or a holder of FT Diploma or MSc in FT.
- Must meet at least two of the following criteria (evidence-based) to be eligible for full membership: Consulting, Teaching, Research/Writing, Speaking, Organizational Function, Post-graduate education
- Must be recommended by at least two active PhilFutures members or recommended by one member of PhilFutures ExeCom.
- Must have 5+ years of experience across all of Phil Futures FT professional competencies.

- May act as a mentor.
Annual Membership Fee: PhP 10,000.00
INSTITUTIONAL OR CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Requirements
- Any institution or company with a strong interest in futures thinking can apply for an institutional or corporate membership.
- The organization must designate at least three official representatives, including one primary focal person/point of contact, and one alternate.
- No organizational experience on futures thinking required but must demonstrate the commitment to promote, advance, and apply futures thinking in the organization. Complete the Introduction to PhilFutures Orientation and Introduction to Futures Thinking for Organizations.
